All website items are 3-7 business days.
Custom ordered items are 2-3 weeks.
Fourth Avenue Designs takes no responsibility if your item does not arrive to you in time if needed for a gift or special occasion. Items can get held up at sorting with no way of us pushing them along. Please choose the appropriate shipping method below and always allow a few extra days.
For Canadian Orders
Any item with Free shipping or $5.00 Shipping ships via Canada Post regular stamped postage with no tracking.
All other larger items ship via Canada Post Expedited Tracked Parcel or Purolator Ground Shipment (If not a PO Box and within Ontario or Quebec).
Shipping upgrades are available at check out.
Please keep in mind COVID 19 delays may impact the time frame that your order will get to you.
For US Orders
All US orders ship via USPS tracked parcel.

Each piece of wood is hand selected, cut and painted by us! All items are made with real wood, so your signs may have perfect imperfections such as knots, nicks, small cracks and holes. Since these items are 100% handmade, no two items will be the exact same as each piece of wood has it's own character and takes to stains differently.
Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays colour a bit differently. Therefore, the colours you see on your screen could be slightly different than the colours you see in person. We do not use filters and colour adjusters to adjust the images.
If you are purchasing a sign, your sign comes ready to hang with hanging hardware. Please ensure to screw/nail into a stud or if no stud is available use drywall anchors to hang signs. Follow manufacturers instructions for whatever hardware you choose to hang your sign with. Fourth Avenue Designs assumes no responsibility for any accidents or incidents that occur once your sign leaves our warehouse. By completing your purchase you accept responsibility.

Every so often we open for Custom Signs! If you would like to purchase a custom sign please use the Custom Order Form found here. Once we receive the completed form we will contact you back within 2-3 business days with a image of your design for your approval.
Please note that the turn around for custom signs is 2-3 weeks.
We have sole ownership of any and all custom designs we create. Any custom designed artwork belongs to Fourth Avenue Designs and may be used at our discretion. We reserve the right to share any and all designs and signs created by us on any and all social media outlets. Lastly, we reserve the right to sell any custom designs created.
Sign proofs will be sent prior to painting your custom sign, once a sign proof is approved no changes can be made and you will be held liable for approving the design.
